Help, advice or referral is available to voluntary and community organisations via WCVA’s bilingual Helpdesk service which is open between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Contact the Helpdesk on 0800 2888 329 or email help@wcva.org.uk

WCVA manages a range of grant schemes as well as a loan package that supports voluntary organisations, communities and volunteers throughout Wales. With funding from charitable trusts, the Millennium Commission, the National Assembly for Wales, and the European Structural Funds. Our schemes are safeguarding and increasing the overall funding available for the voluntary sector in Wales. Each month, over 1,000 voluntary organisations take advantage of the information, news, funding updates and cost savings they receive as part of the benefits of full membership with WCVA.
Full membership starts at just £25 per year and includes a twice-monthly voluntary sector magazine ‘Network’, fortnightly members' e-briefing, and personalised grantfinder searches. Members are also entitled to discounts on computer software and hardware, telecommunications, translation services, insurance, corporate products and publicity materials.

WCVA Policy and Research aims to influence policy in a wide range of subject areas by identifying and representing the views of the sector.
